flashForm is the mobile partner to our flashCloud website, enabling you to complete fire risk assessment reports on-site and off-line. We offer pre-built FRA templates, which have been developed by leading experts, including Chartered Fire Engineers and ex-fire service officers, or we can build templates to match your individual needs.

Completed forms are synced to our flashCloud website where you can view completed reports, produce PDF and Excel documents, manage tasks and re-assign assessments for editing or revising. This enables customers with multiple premises to easily keep track of the status of their assessments and keeps the FRA report a live document.

Our system is intended for customers with multiple buildings and assessors. Existing customers include local authorities, NHS trusts and housing associations.
